Join our Lisbon office!

Easy to reach & super central – Our Lisbon office is located on the 10th floor at Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo 3.

When the sun is shining, you have a fantastic view over the Marquês do Pombal and the Parque Eduardo VII, which is just perfect for enjoying your lunch break outdoors. For the corresponding meal, you also do not have to look long: There are numerous food options around the traffic circle. Just pick what you like best!

The office itself offers a bright, friendly ambiance and is fully equipped with high-quality workstations. There is an open desk policy: You can set up your workstation wherever you like and get started!

Learning Portuguese

Of course, we welcome it if you already speak the language of your new home. However, this is not necessary. Generally, it is only important to us that you speak another European language other than English. Apart from that, since our team has always been very international, English is the official company language.



Not having accommodation yet

When moving to a new country, there are usually 2 major challenges to overcome: Finding a job and finding an apartment. While we may not be able to help much with the latter, we can certainly give you all the time you need. You can start by working remotely from your current home country until you manage to find your new home in Lisbon.

Bureaucracy

These are the documents you need:

In the course of your move to Portugal you will need some documents. Some of them we need to set up the contract, others can be applied for after your arrival. If you have any questions about this process, we will certainly support you.

Note: The base pre-requirement for the whole process is an EU citizenship or a valid visa.

Tax Number (NIF)

The NIF (Número de Identificação Fiscal) is one of the first documents you need to apply for so that we can draw up your contract. It is also required for a number of everyday transactions in Portugal, such as opening a bank account, long-term rentals, etc.. Getting the NIF number is free and you can either apply for it in person at the closest Financas (government tax office) or via email. We might add that the Portuguese tax rate is highly advantageous – 20% flat rate for 10 years.
