We have implemented most of our major ERP projects with Odoo. These are either systems for new business areas, in which we have built processes from scratch, or existing business areas, which we have optimised with Odoo. Typically, such projects are quite large at over 100 users and involve integration with the respective core ERP of the organization, e.g. SAP or Oracle.
1. One of the top 5 communal utility and service companies in Germany
Project scope: We implement and manage various ERP projects for diverse business units in the energy sector. With a 5-person full-time team, we work in a highly agile manner and realise sprints with about 50 tickets. In addition, we integrate all systems with SAP.
2. One of Europe’s top 3 energy groups in the electric-charging segment
Project scope: Over the course of several years, we built the desired system with our own team from the ground up. The functional scope included among other things a Microsoft integration.
3. M-Dax group in the real estate sector
Project scope: With our own team, we completely automated an existing business unit with Odoo in order to optimise the operational processes there in a targeted manner. We also integrated various systems in the organisational backend here.
4. Stock exchange listed telecommunication group
Project scope: We built and automated a new business segment from scratch with Odoo ERP. This involved, among other things, developing and implementing a React app integration with Odoo.
