Our customer chose Odoo to transform their unstructured methods of HR management. - Complete Data Migration to Odoo: To facilitate a seamless transition to Odoo, we supported our customer in implementing a comprehensive solution that not only replaced their previous ERP system but also ensured the smooth migration of critical data
- HR Workflow Automation: By introducing employee management and time-off workflows, we aided our customer in successfully migrating their outdated spreadsheet-based HR management system to Odoo, significantly improving personnel management efficiency and data accuracy
- Approval Process Development: We further supported our customer in the development of simplified Odoo-based approval processes to replace manual and ambiguously structured workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and transparency
