In response to a series of challenges, our customer sought to revamp their outdated operational processes through Odoo. Their final goal was to centralize employee management, completely digitize and automate previously manual efforts, and achieve real-time personnel data access for better managerial insights.

The solution – leveraging Odoo 15 for personnel data handling and contract workflow automation
In response to a series of operational challenges, our customer embarked on a transformative journey, leveraging Odoo 15 to revamp their employee management and data processing workflows.
1. Implementation of Odoo Enterprise apps
The success of this project was underpinned by Odoo’s application suite. We leveraged features from Odoo 15 apps such as Recruitment and Employment & Contract, allowing our customer to achieve the following:
- Efficient Data Management Tools: Odoo-based specialized tools were designed and deployed to significantly improve data management. They worked to streamline the import and processing of employee data from our customer’s previously existing system and allowed for the seamless import of their yearly personnel plan.
- Tailored User Interfaces: User interfaces were customized in Odoo to optimize our customer’s vision over employee data, existing contracts, and any consequently necessary processing tasks.
- Workflow Automation: With Odoo, our customer automated workflows, such as contract renewal alerts to reduce manual intervention, thus minimizing errors and ensuring timely actions.
- Advanced Data Models and Dashboards: Sophisticated data models were created in Odoo enabling real-time monitoring of staff changes within the system and facilitating comparisons with the staffing plan. Additionally, user-friendly dashboards were built within Odoo to provide managers to insightfully compare current staffing levels to staffing plans.
