We set out to help our customer establish their Odoo environment from the ground up. They aimed to make the most of integration capabilities to optimize their delivery handling process and subsequent overview. They also leveraged Odoo functionalities to streamline their business cycle, from sales to product support. 1. Implementation of Odoo Enterprise apps
We introduced various Odoo 15 applications such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Project, Timesheets, eLearning, Recruitment, Time Off, Planning, Helpdesk, Appraisals, Approvals, Employees & Contract and Accounting & Invoicing to support our customer in executing the following implementations:
- Optimizing Traceability and Feedback: We helped our customer implement device handling processes to ensure that every step in the product life cycle is documented and tracked.
- Increasing Project Management Overview: We implemented an Odoo-based project tool with extended Gantt functionalities to enable our customer to keep a good overview of long project cycles.
- Streamlining Sales Cycle: We equipped our customer with an extended CRM info system for lead and meeting management to handle long sales cycles.
- Enforcing eLearning Compliance: We helped streamline course tracking for our customer and integrated automated reminders with Odoo, ensuring all mandatory training was completed on time.
