The challenge – disjointed integration and inefficient subscription management
In a quest to enhance their operations, our customer was faced with challenges such as subscription mismanagement and overall structural disarray. They selected Odoo to centralize subscription management and integrate prior data with their existing CMS for easier access approvals regarding current customers.
Our customer faced pressing obstacles that demanded rapid and inventive resolutions:

The solution – mobilizing Odoo 15 for automized subscription management and event ticket web sales
Our customer chose to embrace Odoo 15 in their journey to optimize online ticket sales for seminars and workshops, as well as to better manage subscriptions.
Dedicated to optimizing operations, our client was able to efficiently integrate their existing CMS and Odoo to easily manage accesses for existing customers. Furthermore, Odoo facilitated the creation of a webshop to sell online event tickets online, while also providing transparent dashboards within Odoo to track invoice statistics.
1. Implementation of Odoo Enterprise apps
Odoo’s suite of applications actively established the framework for this project’s success. We leveraged features from Odoo 15 apps such as Accounting & Invoicing, Website, and E-commerce. As a result, they achieved:
- Odoo Webshop Integration: Introducing an Odoo-based webshop allowed our customer to effortlessly sell event tickets online, managing both their events and related sales through a single system
