Yes. Odoo is open source. Your code, your data, and your configuration all belong to you. We simply need access to your instance and your repository.
How long does it take to switch partners?
- Hosting migration: A few days.
- Support takeover: Immediately following the system check.
- Ongoing projects: Case-by-case, but we begin with an immediate audit.
Do I need to set up my system from scratch?
No. We take over existing customisations and data. We work with what is already there. Our goal is continuity, not revolution. Optimisations come later, when you are ready.
What will it cost me?
The hosting migration and the initial System Check are free of charge. Everything else is discussed transparently once we understand your situation. For switching customers, we provide hosting and our basic support fee free for 3 months. After 3 months, you decide if you wish to continue.
Can I just book support for now?
Yes. You determine the scope. Many customers start with support and hosting before moving into larger projects.
