Calculation and cross-check

Quantitative metrics are normalised to 0 to 100 against the best value among the twelve partners. Qualitative categories are scored using fixed levels. Averages and customer retention are reduced proportionally below 25 references.

Counting only the five purely quantitative categories, much. also comes first: 81 points ahead of openfellas with 76 and OBS Solutions with 71. All data points, category scores and weighted points per partner are in the supplement “Score per category and data point”.

Limitations: partners report references and customer retention to Odoo. Not every customer is published as a reference. LinkedIn only counts profiles that list the company. Revenue estimates were not scored. We welcome notes on outdated or incorrect information and will correct them.
